Our work is rooted in methodological rigour and a deep understanding of African contexts. Over the years, CESAR has built a strong reputation for excellence, supporting governments, universities, development agencies and private-sector partners across more than 35 countries on four continents.

Our Lagos office brings that experience closer to Nigerian ministries, departments and agencies, development partners, NGOs, universities and businesses, with training delivered in person, virtually and in-house.

We are widely recognised as one of the continent’s foremost providers of specialised research and statistical training, particularly data analysis training using Stata and R, and a trusted partner for high-stakes research and evaluation projects.
